Is everybody excited for Turkey Day!? How can you not be? It’s the meal everyone looks forward to all year long. The turkey. The stuffing. The cranberry sauce. The sweet potatoes with those delicious little marshmallows.

Another good way to settle a still unsteady tummy is to drink some tea. There are a number of blends and tea recipes out there. A few are specifically good for hangover symptoms. Ginger tea is a great way to battle nausea. Turmeric tea is enjoying some popularity thanks to its reported anti-inflammatory properties. Peppermint and chamomile teas are also delicious and helpful.
